This three days gorillas trekking will take you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda. The Bwindi park is a biodiverse, mountainous area in southwest Uganda. It’s a home to world’s remaining mountain gorillas, which feed on roots, leaves and fruits from the park’s many trees.The first day will be for traveling from Kampala to Bwindi.  And the second day trek gorillas in Bwindi. The third return to Kampala.

Day1. Drive to Bwindi National Park

After an early morning breakfast, our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Kampala. After short briefing, be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The drive lasts 8 hours, and you will therefore have several stopovers during the journey including a stopover at the equator where you will have an opportunity to take pictures and another stop will be in Mbarara town where you will have a lunch break. After lunch, proceeding to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park whereby you will arrive in the late afternoon. Then check in at the lodge, relax in the evening and have dinner.

Day 2. Mountain Gorillas trekking  

Early morning, get up and drive to Bwindi National Park for gorillas trekking. Trekking gorillas is among the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The trek will take between 2 and 6 hours, but it is worthy the effort. You’ll be led by an experienced ranger who will tell you interesting facts about the forest, for instance about flora and fauna in the jungle and the lifestyle of the gorillas. Stay with the gorillas 1 hour, then go back to the lodge, have lunch then relax or enjoy self walk in the nearby villages, dinner and overnight.

Day 3. Departure/Return to Kampala

Have your breakfast in the morning, therefore check out and return back to Kampala passing through rolling hills with terraces and also you will have a great time viewing the lush vegetation of the different areas you will go through. You will have a lunch meal along the way back to Kampala and continue with the journey reaching Kampala in the evening. Finally, be transferred to the Entebbe International airport or preferred destination.
